"I chose to do boudoir photos as a present to my husband, but one of the best side effects was how much they built up my confidence! My husband had fun preparing for the shoot and helping me plan outfits and poses. I loved getting my hair and make up done and feeling like a sexy woman instead of a tired mommy. "One of my best friends recently had her boudoir photos taken with Leigh. They were wonderful; my friend is hot so I wasn’t surprised. They reminded me of when I was younger, just out of college, and wanted to have some taken. I was too shy and just forgot about it. This year my husband and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary. Over the past 11 years I have become very….let’s say “lazy” in my romantic endeavors. This year I really wanted to surprise my husband with something he would never guess. I recently lost the last of the pregnancy weight and I was very excited and finally feeling desirable again. So, I decided to go all out for the boudoir pictures.
I had a blast working on this project. I went out and bought some lingerie and jewelry, and spent a lot of time on Pintrest. I had a couple of brainstorming sessions with Leigh as well as with my closest friends. I tried on all my outfits a few days before the shoot. Oh my GOD. I was shocked, in a good way. I felt young and sexy again! I felt the same way during the session. When I went to view the session with Leigh a couple of weeks later, I almost knocked that woman out of her chair. They all turned out so good. I couldn’t believe that was me! After my reaction, I just couldn’t wait to see my husband’s face when saw the pictures. The waiting was so hard, but totally worth it. He absolutely loved everything and was completely surprised. Mission accomplished.
I’m 37 years old. I’ve had 2 kids. I’ve been married 11 years. I am so glad I waited until now to have boudoir photos taken. I feel like I’m more beautiful and sexy now than when I was 18. I have told all of my “mom” friends that they NEED to do this. For themselves more than for any other reason." - Mrs. X
